Twill Fabric

This 100% polyester fabric is our most popular because of its durability and wrinkle free characteristics.  It is lightweight and has a smooth opaque finish.

Cameo Fabric

Cameo Farbic is 100% Polyester and has the look of suede.  Fabric items made with Cameo Fabric cost more than twill, so please ask for a quote.

Quality Trade Show Products offers a complete line of fabrics in a virtual rainbow of colors.  The “swatch cards” above will give you an idea of our standard stocked fabrics and colors.  Please follow our fabric care instructions to keep your printed and unprinted items looking their best.

All of our fabrics are flame retardant and meet FR Code 701.  This attribute is required by most local Fire Marshals around the country.  A flame retardancy certificate  will be shipped with your order so you won’t have any problems at the trade show or other public places.

A note on “swatch cards”:  Please realize that the samples featured above are limited in their ability to accurately depict colors.  Every computer display is calibrated differently and therefore colors can  vary from computer to computer.  These swatches should however provide a relative idea of our color selection.  If you need a more accurate color depiction, call or email our office and we will send you  and actual swatch sample.  Even with the actual swatch samples, please keep in mind that dye lots can vary.

PMS (Pantone Matching System) numbers are given to aid you in determining the best match.  +’s and -’s denote “darker” or “lighter”means “two shades lighter than PMS #209.”  Please realize that these  numbers are somewhat subjective and not intended to be exact matches.

Fabric Care Instructions

For all fabrics except Velour Lite: Machine wash in warm water (120 degrees F/ 48 degrees C) with a mild detergent and no chlorine bleach.  Tumble dry at lowest heat setting.  Remove immediately from dryer to prevent wrinkling.  Avoid extreme heat to preserve quality of permanent press fabrics.  No ironing necessary if care instructions are followed.

Velour Lite Only: Dry clean only.

Imprinted fabric items:  Do not dry clean.  If pressing is required, iron steam from back side (side opposite logo) on fabric.

Xpress Printing Colors

 Textured Finish is much like a matte finish.  This has a low tight finish.

Xpress Printing is our exclusive Quality Trade Show Products print process that permanently prints your logo and or message on any of our fabric display items. Unlike traditional silkscreening, Xpress Printing does not require expensive screens. However, just like silkscreening, this process is permanent and will not fall off or wash out.

Limitations: If we are unable to use our Xpress Printing for one of the following reasons, we will use our traditional silkscreening or new Colorized printing method.

Very fine detail (such as dot patterns or gradiated color scales) are not recommended. Fax your logo to: 916-632-3581 for a recommendation.
