Artwork And File Submission Reference Information: In order to better serve you and ensure that we can effeciently process your order, please review the following guidelines for submission of your art. Our art department can assist you in producing artwork suitable for production and our art charges are $75 per hour with a $50 minimum. If you submit art in the correct format including a paper layout, art charges should not be necessary. File Submission Reference: Media: *Floppy, *Zip (1 & 2 Gig), *Superdisk, *CD, *The files you send shold be the only files on the disc. * Please avoid compression. Include a color hard copy of your layout, proportional to size. File formats (Mac or PC): Adobe Illustrator 8.0/ Corel Draw 8.0/ Macromedia Freehand 8.0/ Adobe Photoshop 5.0 / Quark Xpress 4.0/ Please do not send Pagemaker Files. *Vector Artwork Should Always Be Used Except For Four Color Process/Photographic Images* Resolution requirements (bitmapped images): *Dye Sublimation 60-100 Pixels per inch at final size. Screen Printed: 35-50 Pixels per inch at final size. *Inkjet 100-300 pixels per inch at final size. Type: *If used in drawing/illustration programs, convert paths to outlines. * Include both screen and printer fonts (Mac), or font files (PC) * Colors in drawing and layout programs should be specified as spot PMS C or U. * All placed graphics must be included. *Keep the live image area away from any finishing seam lines or grommet placements. Submitting files on disk with a proportional, color layout of the image to be produced is the ideal way to send orders to us.
